Akromion Special Hospital for Orthopaedics and Traumatology—synonymous with excellence in the surgical treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and injuries in this part of Europe—is commencing operations at a new location in a new building in Dugave. Due to a lack of capacity and the inability to expand at the Krapinske Toplice site, a new hospital was built in Zagreb featuring increased capacity, with 51 beds and 4 operating rooms.

A key feature of the new hospital is its state-of-the-art equipment, including integrated operating rooms and the latest generation of radiological technology—such as X-ray, CT, and MRI—enabling all diagnostic examinations to be performed in a single location.
